Kudos to the 2 workers that ran this place today!! They smiled, were kind and patient! We are from Florida and were excited to try out a new place. This Jack in the Box seems to be in great location, however they could use some help!! Just wanted a little snack while running errands, a couple of tacos and fries. The girl asked me to go around and wait for it on the side after I paid. I thought that was strange since there was no one behind me. After waiting 10 minutes, I did get my food and it was evident the wait, it was for the fries, they were very good and very hot, I enjoyed them! But the tacos, were disgusting, they were cold and tasted terrible! Where is the consistent, good fast food, it's not...

JITB is always hit or miss… this one leaned more towards miss…

We waited 22 mins for 2 tacos & a burger… via drive thru. After the 2nd person behind got their food, my husband went it and the manager realized the clerk had given our food to someone else.

The manager did the right thing to cook us fresh food- but the ticket went undone for 13mins and it wasn’t until my husband went in, that our order was even acknowledged.
