I have received horrible service today. I received my order incomplete for the third time in a row. The first time I was missing a pizza, the second time drinks and this time breadsticks and pasta. Jeremy was the driver and he had a horrible response. He asked if I wanted a credit or refund and I said I’d like my food. He sighed annoyed and said it would take him a long time to bring it. I called the store and spoke with Rick. He didn’t know when I would get it, kinda laughed it off. I asked to speak to the manager ms. Arby I believe he said and she was screaming her head off in the background saying”I don’t know when she’ll get it!!!” And she wasn’t talking any calls and didn’t want to speak to anyone. This is by far the worst service I’ve received and I’ll make sure I leave a review everywhere stating so!!

The past bad reviews gave me pause, but they were kind of old, so I figured they probably have improved and were worth a shot. NOPE! as of 1/5/2020 they are still incompetent. I placed my order online and shortly received the text saying my order was received. Over 1/2 hour later the tracker updated to say they were making my order. Pretty slow, but still ok. After 1.5 hours the tracker never moved to the 'out for delivery stage', so I called to see how long it would be and likely cancel the order. Could barely understand the uncourteous lady who answered, and she was no help anyway. Insisted that all orders have been delivered, then that she has no record of my order. I'd buy that excuse if the tracker never made it past 'order received', but someone updated it to 'making order'. She suggested I check another pizza hut that is apparently in the area. I did, and it went straight to voicemail saying they are closed for repairs, but I know it didn't go to them because the text notifications gave me the number and address. Save yourself the frustration and try somewhere else. Waiting to see if she actually billed my card and stole my money.

ALWAYS takes over an hour to get your pizza delivered. Orders are never correct always missing something or not made correctly and when you try to call up and let them know what's wrong they never apologize nor have an answer why everything is wrong or late. Completely disappointed by their costumer service, delivery timing and overall experience.
