I have received horrible service today. I received my order incomplete for the third time in a row. The first time I was missing a pizza, the second time drinks and this time breadsticks and pasta. Jeremy was the driver and he had a horrible response. He asked if I wanted a credit or refund and I said I'd like my food. He sighed annoyed and said it would take him a long time to bring it. The past bad reviews gave me pause, but they were kind of old, so I figured they probably have improved and were worth a shot. NOPE! as of 1/5/2020 they are still incompetent. I placed my order online and shortly received the text saying my order was received. Over 1/2 hour later the tracker updated to say they were making my order. Pretty slow, but still ok. The pizza was good and was ready in minutes. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite to eat while on the go. Management and employees didn't strike me as having one of their happiest moments though.
