Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. Some customers note that daily drinkers will probably taste the difference, as coffee has tasted beyond burnt, though it still served its purpose. The service is described as much slower than other locations. However, the people are pleasant. Other reviews highlight excellent 5 star service, with super friendly staff who go above and beyond to make drinks super cute and very tasty. One server made a Ribbon Carmel Frappe exactly how it was wanted, with extra cookies crumbled and extra caramel crunch blended inside and on top, though other employees can be stingy with cookie crumble and caramel crunch. Drinks are a bit pricey. After a spilled coffee, the staff gave another one; everyone is good and smiling. Employees are consistently very nice and respectful, with a nice, calm, friendly atmosphere. Handicap parking and a ramp provide wheelchair accessibility. The place is run like a well oiled clock, and employees seem to enjoy working there with courtesy, wanting to give a good experience.
