The customer service is always top notch 😊
Everything was great and super enjoyable. Crust was perfect no burnt cheese on the crust, toppings have the right amount on each slice. Would recommend.
Placed an online order for pick up and food was ready when I arrived.

Pizza Hut offers a quick and easy dining experience, with an in-store order being completed in just 15 minutes. The manager was reported to be super helpful, although the lobby was noted as being filthy due to someone entering with muddy boots. Despite this, the overall experience was described as almost a perfect score, with the reviewer pleasantly surprised.
The Pizza Hut team at Farm Road 365 Suite U in Port Arthur was commended for their efforts in producing quality pizzas in a timely and accurate manner. The pizzas were ordered for a recognition of safety accomplishment at Motiva, and the team members were very pleased and enjoyed the pizza recognition party.
However, one reviewer expressed disappointment with the quality of the pizza, noting that the crust was not as thick and crunchy as it used to be, and the sauce was hardly noticeable. This reviewer felt that Pizza Hut is not what it used to be and was considering giving up on the restaurant.
