I placed an order through the app. They were closed when I got there. App said the location was open until midnight, but they closed at 11pm. Im giving 4 stars for service because the employee I spoke to was very nice and apologized several times even though it was not his fault. The app refunded my money immediately.

Was hesitant to come to this sonic because of previous experiences, however it seems the new GM and management team really have pulled together a better staff. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came out in under 3 minutes and my carhop was on skates, very friendly as well. Will definitely be coming back!

The experience was unpleasant for me and what I hate is that I’ve tried to avoid being a nuisance but my big problem is that I order to have jalapeno which meant I had to pay more. But my first burger had literally nothing how I asked, completely wrong?! And when I had it brought up, they took it back and remade it… with no jalapeno, like I really didn’t want to called in again but the one piece that cost more is gone? I can’t let that slide.
