It's a nice place to get seafood and bait live or frozen. The prices are reasonable as well. The raw seafood looked really fresh. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They also sell fishing tackle as well. When I'm in Port Lavaca this is where I go to get my bait.
Overcharged 6/29/21. Positives: Nice lady waited on me, shrimp were beautiful and seemed fresh and their weighing scale was accurate. Negatives: She overcharged me $6 for unknown reason/item (not including sales tax) and failed to mention the service fee for using a credit card. Maybe there is a sign in the store about using a credit card but I didn't see it. Was on my way out of town and didn't catch it in the store. Receipt not itemized. Love this place. Top notch quality and cleanliness. I love the lady at the counter. She was very patient with me. I was just an out-of-towner with no idea what to get for bait. I tried the shrimp dip too. It was fantastic! I may swing by on our way home to pick up some gulf shrimp to put on the barbi ;-)
