Since iv moved back iv had this place in my ❤. They have my favorite dish on the menu and it is as good as it was when I used to live in Palacios tx. The restaurant there was just amazing and til I came here I hadn't seen or heard of it again til HIBANEROS... I THANK THEM FOR EVERYTHING... We were driving through, meeting my mom for a halfway kid swap..and might I add it was 10 of us and they took us in no problem! This Mexican food was absolutely perfect, reminded me of my grandmothers. I am not typically the person that orders something different..but I saw them bring out a plate to someone else and knew I wanted that! The gordita plate. I ordered the shredded chicken enchiladas with white cheese sauce. It came with rice and beans. I ask for some green sauce, because I like a little picante. The food came out hot and was very tasty.The portions was good size. It was not oily or greasy like other places I eaten I cleaned up the plate.
