Usually the food is decent had a steak fajita burrito this morning it didn't taste right and then they denied me a refund . Its not about the money its the principle of the matter . They lost a lifetime customer today.

WE WENT FOR OUR 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE YES THE WAITRESS HAD GORGEOUS NAILS BUT A BAD DRY ATTITUDE IT WAS A DEAD NO INVOLVEMENT IN HER PART MY FOOD WAS WRONG THE BACON WAS SO SO CHRISPY IT WAS BLACK YES WE DID SEND IT BACK ON BOTH OUR PLATESAND MY HUSBAND HAD TO CALM HIMSELF DOWN WE JUST WANTED TO HURRY UP AND GO .... SADLY WE WILL NOT GO TO THAT PLACE ANYMORE WE GO FISHING OFTEN BUT RATHER EAT IN A MORE HAPPY PLACE

Went there one time with my wife. Don't live in PL, just passing through and decided to have lunch. Ordered queso while we waited for our meals which never came . Forty minutes later still no food yet and now sitting there with empty tea glasses, empty chip basket so we can't finish the queso and being ignored while others arriving after us got served. I wish I had the opportunity to rate the food but it never came so we paid for the drinks and queso and left, and they behaved like it wasn't an embarrassment. No apology, no acknowledgement of our food that never came. Just plain weird experience.
