Jocelyn balinski Gordon is awesome at the Kingwood location
We were seated at a dirty booth. I asked the manager of we could sit somewhere else, he brought me to a dirty table. When I told him it was dirty also he argued that it was the finish on the table. It wasn't. I showed him all the food crumbs and he got an attitude and was rude. If it's too much to clean it then I'll leave. So he walked away.
Cheyenne their bartender will steal money off your debit card to tip herself over 100 percent on two drinks. The manager will “send it to corporate for a refund.” Never was refunded management and this restaurant is a joke. Don’t go here. Shame on you Cheyenne stealing is wrong, especially from people who just wanted a cold drink and some ac relief after the hurricane.
