“Delicious food and Outstanding Professionalism! We recently used Bottomless Pit BBQ for a Corporate open house and they were FANTASTIC! They provided a quote in a timely manner, answered all of the questions that we had, were exceedingly accommodating to our difficult requests/time frame, and were extremely prompt and responsive. In particular we needed 2 catering events on the same day. Several catering companies turned us down automatically because it was too challenging - one company even stated "we cant help because we spoke with our catering staff and they don't want to work those hours". Bottomless Pit BBQ was completely different and took on the challenge, knowing they would find a way to make the situation work. Because of their professionalism we booked them for our event and we were so beyond happy with our choice. Their food was beyond AMAZING and delicious! Everyone at the event was thoroughly pleased. In particular the rice was outstanding. Other benefits included - variety of package options. We selected Chafes, servers, no run out guarantee, drinks, 3 meats, etc. It was so nice to be able to customize to our specific need. We will definitely be using Bottomless Pit BBQ again in the future.“

“The food was fantastic, abundant, and all at a great price. There was one mistake in the order, but the quality of the food completely made up for it. Included a nice amount of protein on the sandwich, 2 sides, and a scoop of delicious cobbler. Really is a barn, inside and out. This place turned into a highlight of our visit to South Padre Island and Corpus Christi.“

“I visited Bill Miller’s today on Leopard. My go to was the #5 combination brisket,sausage sandwich with potato salad plus sweet tea.
It was delicious,the brisket was very juicy and moist.

“had been wanting to try this place since we moved to Ingleside just down the road. So glad we went. Bbq ribs, brisket, macaroni n cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and green beans were all delicious. We will certainly be returning. This is now our go to place for bbq in this area! So glad we finally tried it. Service was fast and professional, prices very reasonable and the restaurant was very clean!“
