Why the hell did it take 2 and a half hours to get my food. I kept seeing them put other tickets infront of mine?? Why?? And whats worse, by the time they gave me my food the fries were cold. So did they just make half my food and let it sit there? And what about hair nets? Do they not exist? Why are we letting people around food with their medium-long hair flying everywhere.
Each time we give them a chance and order we’re always disappointed. Food is always cold, takes forever to even receive the food. Soda machine always broken. Our order is always wrong. Needs new management or just needs to shut down. It’s ridiculous
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered wings last night on our way home to Corpus, husband went in after about 30 minutes to check on the order and whoever the man was at the counter was EXTREMELY rude. He was told to come back at 9:20, that was when it would “be ready”. The store was empty and the only other person was cleaning.
