I have to give this place a 5 star because the food is SO divine it send me to cloud nine every time lol. Bistro 1876 feeds my soul....It's my favorite place to dine when I'm on The Hill. The Bistro is a nice, quiet, peaceful establishment -- the service is good and the food is even better. If you happen to drop by make sure you try the the grilled salmon with Florentine sauce and a sweet tea! Be sure to get a loyalty card too because for every 5 meals the 6th one is on them....read full review
I was pleasantly surprised by this eatery. The food is surprisingly good. The staff is professional and attentive. It provides a nice alternative to eating typical campus type food.

We've been to 5 star places and the food hasn't been good as this! To perfection! And the waitress Ceion that served us was very pleasant and the staff was also very kind.... We will b back! ?✌
