Ordered two 6-inch sandwiches. Told the server the lettuce was old (not rotten). She acted like she didn't hear. The tomatoes were overly ripe. Ordered two chocolate cookies. When I returned to my office, opened the bag of cookies and one was broken. Looked in the bag for the broken piece, but no pieces were there.
Employee was by herself yet managed to keep cool and move efficiently to serve the lunch crowd. A+
