Went through the drive thru at 4:45am and the young man already had my coffee ready and was so polite. My pumpkin spice Frappuccino was amazing. To be so early I tipped him 5.00
This is literally one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. They are on the route of my daily commute and I go out of my way to stop here instead of the one in the town I drive to. They are fast, make my drink perfect every time, and have been so friendly and happy every day. Will continue to make a stop here for my coffee!
Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Prairie View, Texas. Service was painfully slow, and the employee making drinks appeared to be carrying on a personal conversation through headphones the entire time. Starbucks charges premium prices, so it’s reasonable to expect employees to be attentive and engaged with their work. This Prairie View location needs better management oversight and a stronger focus on customer service.
