I can hear the manager talking to the crew and being supportive. I owned a retail store and u can tell when the manager cares, it rolls down hill too. Good job team, food was fast and hot and was perfect!
Went inside to use the restroom and order. The restroom was very clean and nice. The inside of the restaurant was new and bright. The staff was very quick and left me with a smile. I don’t often go to McDonald’s, but this location was very, very nice.

The customer service for the Austin Street location in Hempstead is seriously LACKING.The McDonald's app does not offer certain options when ordering, and the workers make it very difficult and EXPENSIVE when you ask for changes or items. Very FRUSTRATING. It's almost better to just do things at home
