And speaking of quality—after I finished eating, I found out that the restaurant grinds its meat in-house every morning. That little detail explains a lot about the freshness and flavor of the burger. I even tried to dig into the secrets of their burger recipe, but the staff—who were incredibly friendly, by the way—kept those details locked up tight. Still, the service added to the experience. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that attitude carries over to the energy of the restaurant. After 44 years of eating burgers all over the place, I can confidently say this one ranks at the very top of my list. Between the flavorful, juicy meat, the perfectly cooked bacon, and the welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant delivers a burger experience that’s hard to beat.
