I have to say that this place is so under-rated and I think sometimes forgotten b/c it's tucked in with other bldgs that make up a shopping plaza. I had their Chicken Carciofi tonight and it was delish AND enough for my lunch tomorrow! Where can you get a lunch & dinner for $20?? Also, who gives you 50% off a BOTTLE of wine?!? Hey, Prosper & Celina... please don't forget about this family friendly place that won't break the bank.
Great environment, awesome staff, and the food is delicious. Love the ambiance of this place. Can’t wait to go back.

Eddie’s Napolis Of Prosper is a restaurant with improved ownership and atmosphere. The table seating is better now and the place is clean. The server was awesome and the complimentary rolls with marinara sauce were tasty. They offer half-price bottles of wine. The entrees are hot, flavorful, and in good portions. The lobster seafood ravioli has huge raviolis and lots of seafood. The lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs are recommended. The service is great, even though it was not crowded on a Sunday night. Parking is available on the north side of the building. It's a good place to dine with reasonable prices and a variety on the menu. Visitors praise the delicious food, especially the mussels and authentic Italian pizza, and mention that everything ordered has been enjoyed. The staff, including a server named George, provide excellent service, making the experience even better. Many customers look forward to returning and appreciate the friendly atmosphere and tasty dishes.
