Employee left my sandwich in the oven for far too long, I pointed out that it was smoking a lot, the employee turned to me and threw his hand up and went “Whoospies!”. Meatballs were good though

I visited this firehouse subs today and felt like a review was needed. When I walked in I was greeted by one employee named Connor. He took our order and was very kind, respectful and had amazing customer service. overall made out experience amazing.

The two gentlemen making the food were no where near as professional. Both guys glared at me and my friend as we chatted and waited for our food. It not only took longer than it normally does (which isn't a big deal) but once our orders were ready the man slammed our togo bags on the counter. This was at around 8 pm as well and there was no line. no dinner rush. nothing. So no reason to be doing all that. Now im not normally one to write a review but I just wanted to call out those in the wrong and shout out Connor for doing such a good job.

Ordered a firehouse captain club large sandwich to go. It came with just veggies and sauce in them . There was no meat . 15$ sandwich with just veggeis

I’ve never had Firehouse Subs until a few weeks ago. I assumed they were expensive. But the food itself won me over. The freshness and the flavor were excellent. I’ve ordered the small sandwich each time but wish I had ordered a larger portion. I will definitely go back!

Not very accommodating staff. You would think they could credit an order and re-ring it up, but nope didnt even consider it, I like Firehouse subs, but not enough to go back to this one...

Best French Dip Sandwich Ever! Au Jus spilled in my to go bag. You still get 5 Stars (maybe check the lid or place sauce in a separate plastic bag)?
