Papa John's in Prosper

“First time visiting this PJ’s location. The food was hot, fresh & delicious, and was ready at the quoted time. The customer service was also top notch —which is often rare at fast food places. My only request is that the Papa bowls aren’t so “thin.” Having at least half of the depth of the bowl filled would be appreciated. I definitely plan to order it again & return to this location!“

“I took one star off due to the fact that I was forced to use door dash for the delivery. 1st driver decides he waited to long and passed it to another driver. I checked the tracking after it got passed off and MY ORDER GETS CANCELLED! This is not papa Johns fault. I called and they had to remake the pizza because the driver picked the order up and stole it. Papa Johns did deliver direct and i truly appreciate that. But why can't the employees be the ones to deliver all the time. I definitely will not order delivery again. I'd rather sit in the 380 traffic.
I will say that the pizza was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you papa johns for doing what you could to make this situation right.“
