I normally don’t write reviews, but felt the need to get on here to give some kudos to the service at this location. Yesterday I witnessed two young women (likely high school age) run the entire store on their own. I’ve been to many tropical smoothie locations and have never seen one experience such a rush of customers at one time as I did yesterday. After talking to the staff, I found out that they were supposed to have three team members that day, but one didn’t make it...

I love this place! The welcoming atmosphere, the sweet healthy smell of delicious beverages really made me feel like this place is the best place to be. Not only that but the customer service is outstanding as-well! Especially the kind lady, Lily that gave me my drinks was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. 10/10 experience, would 100% go again.

I walk in and am greeted with a warm smile. “Hi, welcome in!” That was all I needed to hear. I ordered a Lil Limeberry and received it within 2 minutes! The young lady that made my order, Lily, was such a sweet angel! I’m gonna start calling her my little pumpkin! I truly believe that this place saved my life.
