My daughter and I stopped in for lunch at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a great experience. When we first arrived, the place was quiet with just a couple new staff at the till, but it quickly got busy. Despite the rush, the team lead was amazing—stepping in to support the new team members, staying positive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. It was really refreshing to see someone lead with patience and encouragement, and you could tell the whole team worked well together....

I never liked smoothies much… until I found tropical smoothie cafe. The sunrise sunset is my favorite but I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like from them. Customer service is always amazing. Facility is clean. Ordering over the app is just as easy as in person and convenient for group orders or days I’m in a rush.

I tried this place for the first time, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a special request for a fruit replacement, and they happily accommodated it without any hassle. I ordered the kids’ strawberries and banana drink for my child, and it was a hit. The flavors were fresh and delicious.

For myself, I chose the detox island green, and I was very pleased with the taste...
