Popeye's has great product across the board, though store conditions vary greatly, as does customer service. The one on Randolph AFB generally does a very good job, and they stay very busy during the lunch rush hour. Kind of depends on who is working the counter, but overall the staff is friendly and gets it done.
If you are a military ID card holder andPopeyes fan, this store is FAR superior to the one on Pat Booker RD which is filthy and plagued by constant turnover and poor customer service. Lines are long at times, but the product far superior.
Great food and decent service. You do have to be careful, they friendly try to upgrade your combo to a platter. 3 times they have done that to me and I had to remind them that it's a combo.
