This a great little spot to get your healthy fix. Lisa is the owner & such a nice and friendly person. Her goal is to educate and take care of her customers. She was so helpful when I explained my nutrition goals and the flavors I like and she had great suggestions. I got the Chunky Monkey protein shake. She also makes protein waffles and doughnuts! You can also purchase Herbalife products too. You can tell she really cares about her customers! I will definitely be coming...
