Leon's Country Store is an oasis in the boondocks of Bastrop County, TX. All day it's an Icehouse and at Happy Hour it turns into a quaint little Beer Joint that wants to be a Honky Tonk complete with pool tables. The live entertainment is some of the best around, as is the company. Lots of friendly folks to meet and share a cold one. Check out Leon's sometime I can't wait to go back!

Stumbled in on this hidden gem. 100 percent bonafide Texas Roadhouse with good honest Texas 2 step band.
We came to support the bar to be open on Mondays but didn’t open until 4pm. And the bar tender, Angela, was too occupied playing pool and on her cell phone instead of waiting on people at the bar. She needs to go or work on another night.
I can guarantee two things after walking into Leon’s and that’s cold beer and friendly faces — what more can you ask for!! Located in the heart of Rockne - you will never regret stopping for 5 minutes or 5 hours!! ❤️
