Ice Cream Shops near Refugio

“Ice cream was great, food is decent. Wanted to upsize a drink on their small appetite menu because it's HOT in Texas and was told this they cannot do that. (Odd but could be a local rule.)
Bathroom - multiple stalls! Not the cleanest but at least there was more than 1 toilet.“

“It was ALL EXCELLENT from the entrance and all the unique decorations and it was very clean and attention was put upon me from entry and cashier was very precise on my order and she went above and beyond and brought my food to my table !! I APPRECIATE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT EMPLOYEES!!“
