I got 3 whole samples for free and my friends 3 too! Cheyenne helped us to find the perfect flavor for my ice cream cravings!

Rats outside of the Richardson,Tx establishment..scared the beejeevies out of me..they should've impose some kind of sign stated they have an issue with small rodents outside seating area .You can't sat outside to enjoy your ice cream / treats...never going there again ..even some of the customers were aware of it and said it's been like that for awhile..I haven't been there in years..get it together Baskin Robbins

Terrible services
Two little kids working that day look like they just got out of the bed. Still had on pajamas. Little girl actually look like she had no clue what a cup or bowl was...and got rude with me about it...a grown up, a customer, the entitlement, the disrespect of adult. Very disappointing.

Ordered a cake. . It came out awesome but the customer service there is horrible. Employees standing in the front of the cashier on their phones

While picking up my order for Uber Eats, I entered the establishment and attempted to greet the staff, but unfortunately, there was little response from them. It felt as though I wasn't acknowledged, which could be improved for a better customer service experience. A warm greeting or acknowledgment could go a long way in enhancing the overall atmosphere for customers.
