I never leave a review unless it’s a major point to make. I’ve been coming here for a few years. One of the ladies is super nice. She is very patient and customer service is A+. Now, there is an older lady who always comes off as rude. Like, it’s a problem to ask anything to her. I think she is one of the instructors since I’ve seen some of her tutorial videos. There is also another younger lady who has the same negative attitude. Maybe you guys need some lessons on customer service . Please do better.

Good selection of product but... Customer service is lacking, prices are also inflated. I get that small be shops can't compete with Amazon and the like, but I would reserve shopping here unless it's time sensitive and you need something now, regardless of price.
