I normally don't give reviews to my customers but wow!!! I was under Carl's kitchen working on a broke part and all I/we could smell was greatness!!! When we finished Carl offered us some barbecue sandwiches and my lord I swear it was the best barbecue we had, maybe ever. Carl's kitchen has it going on. First glance I walked by Carl's food truck in front of Cidercade, not really wanting anything to eat but as I got hungry and his food smelling good, I gave it a try. THE BEST FISH AND FRIES IVE HAD IN A WHILE!!!!! Reasonable priced, not a long wait time, and a great portion of food plus Carl is a wonderful guy! He also blessed my friend's birthday with a slice of cheesecake and told her happy birthday. "The shrimp is so good I want some more!" is what my wife...

Carl's Kitchen is at The Heights in Arlington today. I had reservations at first, but he is so confident about his food, and once I ate it, I understood why. If you get the opportunity, try it.
