Great Experience
I went to Cava yesterday for the first time and not only was the food amazing, the customer service was just a great if not better.
Ricky helped me and a friend and was very helpful with it being my first time. He was patient and also let me try the things I was interested in which I didn’t ask or knew that they could do that. Ordered food that they were unable to make due to being out of several ingredients. They will not give us our money back! I have called and spoken to the owner who told me he is unable to refund it. They told us to email but have not responded to any of the Emails sent so over a week Later and we still do not have our refund for food we did not receive
