Chipotle Mexican Grill

Portions are horrible ! I payed $73 for an order and 2 of my bowls weren’t even half full ! The African American guy whom I think is a manager is RUDE, disrespectful towards customers and employees … in front of customers! Chipotle keeps getting worse ! What is going on 😖

This isn't the first time this has happened, I keep finding things in my food, last time I found a hair, and just now found a piece of white plastic on my bowl. I have photo evidence for this and would really be concerned on how food is being prepped. Portions are unequal as well, rice barely covering the bottom of the plate and having to keep asking for a justified amount. Please go to another Chipotle.

Josh helped us out and I have never been serviced so quickly and efficiently. We were in and out of the restaurant in probably 2 minutes, if not less. Great atmosphere and work ethic

charging $13 for a bowl that don’t even come with lettuce cause they apparently didnt have any until another worker gave it is crazy. also make sure to clean up ur cooking area that’s disgusting seeing work area like that. all mad cause u gotta do your job is wild

For some reason they charged me for extra chicken ??!!! When I've been ordering the same thing for the last year and the total was $13 and some 90 cents but now it's $17???? Need better better staff asap. I work at a fast food place too so I didn't wanna make them remake the whole food but, chipotle u need to upgrade ur training levels and communication because I asked the protein staff for half chicken and half Barbacoa. I use to come here all the time but not no more.

This might just be the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if the location is understaffed or just this shift, but they definitely need some help. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, hardly anywhere to sit. The staff was lackluster to say the least, the guy at the register just seemed overwhelmed. The young lady at the start of the line was the main upside. The carne asada was chewy and disappointing. Like I said, might be the worst yet.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! It is 9:18 pm and I am walking out of this filthy store! The line is more than 3/4 empty so I asked the worker if this was it and he stated yes. They don't even close until 11pm! Then on my way out I see a roach crawling where the line is against the window!! This place is a dump!

Had a very good experience! Employees are very kind and very generous. One thing worth noting is I saw one employee making what I assume was online orders, pause as soon as they were caught up, and quickly started helping the in person orders. It was nice to see the care of helping each other out!

Guy in front got a large scoop of meat while asking in Spanish. My scoop of meat, was big but then the lady redid it to make it smaller. My friend after me got large scoops of meat too. I dont know why I was unlucky. Can they not afford to give like 5 extra pieces of tiny meat or something?
