I like chipotle but the girl behind the counter was impatient and in a hurry. She was asking me what I wanted before we even go to the food. I have an audio processing disorder so I was very confused when she was asking me cheese and pico when we were at the rice. Not very ♿️ ADA friendly.

Do not come here during lunch. They do not know how to properly run a drive through so the line raps the building in a very unsafe way. I think there was a car accident because 2 ppl are fighting and pointing at their cars. Legit safety hazard here. I’ve been in line 20 minutes now my order is definitely cold by now.

The food at this location in the evening is awful. We ate there twice last week and went back tonight. The food had no heat to it, literally room temp. The rice is often undercooked here. Tonight they told us at 9pm thst there is no guacamole. They said they had avocados but weren’t going to make anymore tonight with two hours left in business hours. They then said it would take an hour to make. I said I would wait. Then they came back to me and told me they did have Guac but it was for online orders only who they prioritize. It was a joke. The veggies tasted like they were cooked four hours ago. This location is a joke at this point. I honestly ask myself if the food is safe to eat. Unfortunate. We will drive to another location further away if we ever feel like ok food again. I remember when chipotle was great.

Portions are horrible ! I payed $73 for an order and 2 of my bowls weren’t even half full ! The African American guy whom I think is a manager is RUDE, disrespectful towards customers and employees … in front of customers! Chipotle keeps getting worse ! What is going on 😖

This isn't the first time this has happened, I keep finding things in my food, last time I found a hair, and just now found a piece of white plastic on my bowl. I have photo evidence for this and would really be concerned on how food is being prepped. Portions are unequal as well, rice barely covering the bottom of the plate and having to keep asking for a justified amount. Please go to another Chipotle.

charging $13 for a bowl that don’t even come with lettuce cause they apparently didnt have any until another worker gave it is crazy. also make sure to clean up ur cooking area that’s disgusting seeing work area like that. all mad cause u gotta do your job is wild
