Cream & Crepes Cafe

This place has a lot of recent low rating reviews. Ignore them. I went recently and had a great experience all around. We didn’t have to wait long but I will wait as long as I need to in the future, the crepes are to die for.

Best ice cream shop ever! The flavors are super creamy and delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the place is always clean and cozy. Definitely my go-to spot for a sweet treat!

Mostly Ice Cream! 20 Great Ice Cream Flavors including my favorite Peanut Butter and Chocolate swirl they call it Peanut butter cup. THE CREPES ARE HUGE!! AND THE SHAKES ARE FREAKING AWESOME!!

Honestly had higher hopes for this place. Staff had no idea about what was going on, and was slow with getting orders out. Also half the staff was handling food without gloves after wiping sweat from their faces, touching the counter, and register. Honestly find another place to have dessert or snack

I was really excited to try this place after reading the glowing reviews, but unfortunately it was a major disappointment. There was only one employee operating the entire place which concerned us when we walked in. He was slow and having trouble keeping up with orders. Once our order was ready, not only was part of it wrong, but my spouse witnessed him using his unclean hands (that he touched the register with) to grab blueberries and spice for the toppings of his crepe. And I heard him coughing a few times. We thought about getting a refund, but by this point the place had become busier with people waiting for their orders, so we decided not to add more drama to the situation. We walked over to Alamo Drafthouse and threw our food away. Such a waste.

my partner and i come here frequently for the crepes. they’re always sooo good and made quickly. the owner always shows great kindness to us!

i showed up at this establishment at 11:25 which is 35 mins before closing and they weren’t serving crepes anymore because they had the machine off already. i understand that it’s a saturday and they want to go home but crepes are literally in the name of the establishment. how are they going to have the main thing they serve off 35mins before closing. unprofessional.

Cream & Crepes has such an awesome and varied menu. Between their crepes, cakes, and ice cream flavors, there are *plenty* of options to choose from, and they are all tasty! A hidden treasure of Richardson.

My girlfriend and I came here on Sunday around 8:30 pm and it was the worst experience ever. This used to be my go-to rolled ice cream place, but staff and management changed and now it isn't worth coming. We waiting over an hour just to get a single order of rolled ice cream. The staff were super slow at taking our orders and making the food, to the point where you'd think they need training. They also had zero communication skills and were behind on their in-person and online orders, and it wasn't even as busy as I've seen it. Disappointed.

April and Ashely were very friendly and provided great recommendations. Both made us feel comfortable and were patient to let us sample several ice cream flavors. I really enjoyed my Texas pecan sundae. The cake and the ice cream both hit the spot.
