This place is sooooo extremely hit or miss, and mostly miss. There are so many affronts to cooking that I've experienced here. They put zucchini and yellow squash in everything. To the point that it's kind of funny, but you'll get a quesadilla here and it'll have squash in it. The bright side is that there's a salad bar and a station to make your own sandwiches, which is hard for them to mess up. Very disappointing. The food at UTD was never great to begin with, but there have been many occurrences that the food is reused into others, they take food from the fridge behind them and just serve it to you without heating it up. Some days are pretty okay, but the main food is not great for university standards.

The food, its not the best, except for the omelette. The omelette guy is really good and makes very good omelette. But the food on the whole is improving. There is plenty of space to sit in so that’s good.
