“I really like this theater- it’s very clean, nice recliner seats, helpful and attentive servers, delicious food. Went to a smaller screening but the screen quality and sound quality were top notch!!! Really crisp bright image quality and sound quality made the whole experience really fun (I like loud!). Definitely will be back!“

“Alamo is still the best movie theater experience in the DFW in my opinion. I see that food and the ordering system has become a hot topic, and I agree with the ordering system, but disagree on food complaints as my burgers are consistently tasty.
Part of what built the Alamo culture was the paper ticket system. It felt more involved, it was ultra unique, it was one of the few major businesses that didn’t force you to use your phone, it was fun to use, it was just awesome. It’s sad that’s now gone, but the other aspects of the unique Alamo culture are still there. This is still one of the only places that are serious about keeping people quiet during movies, the unique pre-show videos are memorable, and I really like that they ply old movies and cult classics - I’m probably gonna go see Fast and Furious 1 when they show it.
Overall, Alamo is still my favorite movie experience - but the creeping of mandatory phone usage is a step in the wrong direction for me.“
