I am a frequent customer of Eiland. I generally have no complaints as the service and drinks are usually phenomenal. However, lately there has been 2 employees who keep messing up my drink and also disappearing for long periods of time. One time, I went to the barista and told him that he made my drink wrong (the same drink I order every time so I know how it’s supposed to look/taste) and he was super rude and said “no he didn’t”. I’ve also had instances where I come inside and have to wait 5-10 minutes at the cash register before this same employee comes and takes my order. I will still come here because I know not every employee is like this, however I really think these 2 individuals need better training on how to deal with customers. They are ruining the experience for everyone else. The employee in question is: a tall male with blonde hair, glasses, a beard and seems to be always angry-looking. The other employee is: a female with brown and blonde hair. Please fix this.

Would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to meet up with friends, study, or have an independent reading or creative time. The staff was very kind and offered great recommendations and there was plenty of great options to choose from.
Did also enjoy the ambiance of the cafe as well

I visited Eiland Coffee at Canyon Creek and overall the place itself was pretty nice. The matcha wasn’t bad either, so I wanted to like the experience more than I did. Unfortunately, I was handed a drink with hair on the outside of the cup, which was really off-putting and felt unsanitary.
I understand mistakes happen, but cleanliness matters a lot, especially when it comes to food and drinks. I hope the staff is more careful about checking cups before handing them out to customers. The drink and atmosphere were decent, but this definitely took away from the experience.

This cozy, well-loved, vintage-esque place is located near other shops in an area of town where you might find yourself running errands so it is worth a stop to renew your spirit. The interior is woodsy brown and lavender, with small tables in neat rows. A shelf set with packaged coffee beans in their attractive purple metallic bags awaits purchase, or step up to the counter to order an espresso, a smooth mocha, or whatever suits from their extensive menu. Look into their pastry case even if you're not feeling peckish, because you will be once you see the lovely offerings! Perfect spot to chat with friends or do some quick emails on your laptop while you enjoy a moment of refreshment.

Lovely local coffee shop! The roastery is not located too far from here, but this location is of course much more upscale. Good indoor seating area and a lovely patio.

Good coffee but messed up mine and my girlfriend's orders. Added oatmilk in my coffee and regular milk in her coffee when we asked for the opposite. Lactose intolerance ensued. Wish they didn't mess up the order because the coffee isn't bad, but it's not worth a day on the toilet.

Really nice service they toured us where they roasted their coffee beans. The coffee is reasonably priced and tasted nice. I got a light roast drip.

I like trying new coffee spots. Found this one on Yelp. It has great reviews. Thanks Yelp! I tried it for the first time on my birthday and again during my birthday weekend and I brought along my love. The vibe is great. The seating is vast. The menu options are plentiful and unique. The service is exceptional. This is what I had:
1st visit:
Coffee: Mocha covered cherries,10/10 very unique flavor profile. The cherry flavor is there along with the chocolate. They make their own chocolate milk. The mix of flavors is spot on.
Veggie omelet: 8/10 the crust is flaky, the ingredients are fresh and well balanced. There is an even ratio of veggie to egg. It boils have used a but more seasoning.
2nd visit:
Coffee: Graham cracker latte, 10/10 strong toasty coffee flavor. I could not taste a distinct graham flavor although the balance of flavor is there. It is pleasing to the palate.
Cranberry Cider: 10/10 great flavor. It was warm and inviting. It felt like a warm hug near a fire place.
Bacon, cheddar, chive, scone: 10/10 seasoned well due to the mix of ingredients. The bacon was crispy, the cheddar is present and gooey, the chive is like the hall monitor that keeps everything together. The scone is moist and not too dense. I enjoyed it.
Breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg: 10/10 the bread is thin and crispy. They took the cheese off by request. The bacon has a great flavor but could have been crunchier. The egg is perfectly over easy and has the perfect balance of a soft and gooey yolk.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, but my last experience really bothered me. I love coming to this coffee shop, the food is good, and the coffee is amazing. Unfortunately though yesterday when I visited around late afternoon I had the unfortunate experience of listening to two of the female works making faces and laughing at the their other coworker who was making the drinks. It made me very uncomfortable. Especially since one of the girls who was working, I’ve witnessed her talking very loudly and rudely about a girl one night when I was sitting in. She was so loud that night I heard every word over their music there. I ended up leaving because of how uncomfortable the situation made me. I didn’t come back until yesterday to end up finding the same girl doing it again. Very uncomfortable. Needless to say I will not come in if this girl is working. All the other staff is very sweet though. I think the works name is
Emery not sure though.

I’ve tried this coffee shop twice and both times the coffee was delicious! One of the best lattes I’ve had & especially in the area. There are some food options that sound like they would be good, they have a cute patio also. Definitely recommend

The pistachio cookie latte (I hope I got the name right) and the banana chocolate chip muffin were both delicious. The muffin was fresh and soft, and the latte had the perfect consistency without being overly sweet.
Service was top-notch, too. I didn’t catch his name, but the male barista with glasses was very friendly and welcoming.
There’s also a nice, spacious covered patio that’s great for dog owners, which was a big plus for us! Will definitely come back.

Went to this coffee shop to study.
It has a nice vibe, and the coffee and tea were really good. I didn’t order snacks/ breakfast because the options weren’t the healthiest.
It’s a bit busy with people ordering (beeping of the register) and baristas chatting, so not the best if you need a super quiet place.
Overall, still a great spot to grab a drink and get some work done.
