Night and day from the other location. Service is much better at other location. Plus, the other location always gives you a courtesy cup of coffee when you buy a bag of coffee, not here. My suggestion is drive 5 minutes to their main location on interurban and avoid this place all together.

I will preface with the fact that the original location is FAR friendlier. It's just unfortunate that they don't have seating.
This Canyon Creek location has a beautiful environment and the same great coffee. BUT, the complete lack of customer service and icky attitude of the employees leaves a LOT to be desired.
It's almost as if they're different companies all together.
For the prices that are charged, decent customer service should be a no brainer.
And, for my husband to be bothered by the visit means that they really messed up. Because, he never gets mad.

Delicious coffee & amazing breakfast sandwiches (my favorite is the turkey sausage). Very happy to call this place my new local coffee shop!

My friend and I went there for a coffee and ended up staying for over two hours. The food, coffee, and atmosphere were so good that we didn’t even notice how quickly time flew by.

Best tasting latte in Richardson. The decor is very nice, and the staff are friendly.

Edit (2025/02/14): After visiting multiple other cafes, the constant refrain from my wife and I is that Eiland coffee remains the best. Thanks for maintaining such a high quality product!

Favorite coffee shop in DFW! My wife and I have a little tradition of trying a new coffee shop each month. We stumbled upon Eiland Coffee in 2022, and now it’s a mainstay for us.

Their shop is spacious, but feels quaint. The decor is elegant. We love the covered patio section.

We enjoy their lattes and cappuccinos. We even buy coffee beans from them weekly for our home espresso machine.

Swing by when you’re in the area!

Very solid coffee, consistent visit to visit which I very much appreciate. One of the best oat milk iced mochas out there.

Good latte art often correlates with competence overall.

They were really strong but the quality and consistency has been going downhill unfortunately.

Sometimes its amazing, sometimes its just overpriced bad coffee. I stopped going as i got tired of it being a hit or miss after being much more consistent in the past.

I love eiland they have great coffee and amazing food, although I was a little disappointed with my most recent visit. I stopped by on Sunday around 2:30 and ordered flat bread and a latte, only to have the lights shut off on me at 3. A little warning or communication would have been nice seeing as they usually close at 7:30 instead of the passive aggressiveness.
