😡First time, last time - I was really looking forward to those bagels, too. Cashier rang my order up wrong, $3.00 difference (more). Instead of explaining the mistake and letting me pay the difference or just let it go (wasn't my fault), manager insisted on voiding the transaction to re-ring "correctly." Told her just credit the ticket and left. Terrible attitude to take with any customer, especially a new one (which I mentioned more than once).
