ABSOLUTE WORST. The ‘man’ that helped us walked away before we could pay, and then sent another worker to our table to get payment. ‘Man’ didn’t ask what type of tortillas we wanted, didn’t give me my cup, asked if it was a medium with my combo, but it was actually a large, and I didn’t receive my chips and salsa/tortillas with my combo. Chicken was dry. Girl behind counter looked high and non responsive. Double chicken Bowl with drink was $14.30 and there was no double anything. This place is a joke.

I ordered online and picked up my order at the store. When I walked in, the service staff were very apathetic and didn't communicate with me at all. They just handed me my food. After checking, I realized they had forgotten to include the extra chicken breast I ordered. I went back and asked them for it, but they didn't apologize and still didn't communicate with me. Finally, I got my chicken breast, but when I got home, I discovered they had forgotten my drink, and the broccoli hadn't been washed – it still had dirt on the stems and was already turning yellow... I think there's a reason this store has so many one-star reviews.

LAME! The Owner should be embarrassed about having a store run by inept staff! 1 person in line 1 car in the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece mixed, the lady at the counter tells me it will 20 minutes. And no coleslaw, no wonder it is not busy with service like this the food is probably terrible as well! Be surprising if they stay in business much longer! It is the Owner's fault to have his store run this poorly!!! LAME!

Ordered chicken breast and wings meal, size of the chicken is very tiny even breast piece also. Not value for money at all. Side dish salad lettuce was not fresh it looks like 4-5 days old. Nothing outstanding. One time try is only recommend from my side.
