Ordered chicken breast and wings meal, size of the chicken is very tiny even breast piece also. Not value for money at all. Side dish salad lettuce was not fresh it looks like 4-5 days old. Nothing outstanding. One time try is only recommend from my side.

Ordered chicken tostada. Requested sour cream on the side, never got it; and half the chicken was dried out. I found a surprise inside my food! I don't eat out much and this is a major reason why. Food prices are outrageous and the quality is even worse. The manager did right the wrong. Please check your food thoroughly before eating. I had taken two bites before I found the wrapper in my salad. I had mixed the salad with the dressing, the wrapper was at the bottom.

The person who took my order, Alvin, was very patient, and answered all my questions. I also visited with the manager Gloria. Everyone was courteous & professional. I had the 4PC Chicken meal with 2 Thighs & 2 Legs. My 2 sides were Broccoli, and Mac & Cheese. It also came with 2 small Loco Salads, choice of corn or flour tortillas, 2 Avo. Salsa, 2 Salsa Fresca, and 2 Churros. The food was very tasty. I was very hungry. I ate everything. The Rica Horchata was good. I prefer it on ice. UPDATE: FEB. 17 - This time Andrew took my order, & Iris was the manager. Special requests do not upset them. The service was quick, and my order was accurate. The food again was delicious. The restaurant was clean. Consistently good in everything related to this location! I'll be back! UPDATE: MAR. 27 - Everything was wonderful! UPDATE: APRIL 8 - Jeffrey took my 2 orders. Iris answered my birthday questions. Thank you Iris! I had the $5 Original Pollo Bowl, a large piece of chicken, and the $5 2 Tacos on Tuesday special. Everything was good. A positive shout out to everyone else in the kitchen. Excellent customer service! UPDATE: MAY 13 - Iris greeted me, and took my order. Jeffrey & Monica also helped. Everything was delicious.
