Great food, clean and good people.

Came for a Celtic concert. Enjoyed the music. Service was attentive and restaurant was kid friendly. I ordered the cottage pie and it was not it. It had a sloshy wet soup consistency a sliver of ground meat and some veggies it was more sloshy mash potatoes then anything. I barely ate it. My husband ordered the fish and chips and it was decent the fries were a bit salty and the coleslaw came with raisins which was different. My mother in law had pulled pork sliders it came with 3 and she noticed I didn’t like my cottage pie so offered me a slider. I have to say that was probably the best thing I had there. 10/10. A friend of ours ordered the corn beef with potatoes and it looked really good portion wise as well. My husband tried it and said we should have ordered a plate of that instead of cottage pie. We had carrot cake for dessert and was a bit dry.

I called to get there Monday special price of half off fish and shift and she said it was $12.99. then in the same sentence she said it was $24 for the regular menu price. So wouldn't it be $12 instead of $12.99? That's a bit deceptive and sneaky. When I asked her why it's not $12 even, she said she didn't know. Unbelievable.

Great food. The half-price fish and chips on Mondays is an amazing deal. But all of their food is fantastic and the service is great.

Yoooo, this place is nice. Prices are ok, inside looks nice, servers are kind.
Dropped by to catch world cup game and had a great time! Not too crowded, atmosphere was on point.
Food was pretty good, fish n chips, poppers, and spinach dip, all good.
Id go back to this one!!

Gillespie's is a fantastic pub and a neighborhood gem. I come here every chance I get. Reasonable prices, good food, totally worth checking out!

We came on a Friday which had live music which was OK. The food was very good, I wish they sold soda bread though! My drinks were good as well.

First time. Guinness stew pie was pretty good. Fish/chips was ok, bit pricey imo. Will go back for the Guinness stew pie
