It was my First time going here and I will go back! The Atmosphere was very cool.We were Greeted by a Friendly Cashier named Preston and he was very attentive to our needs.I had their CLASSIC Hamburger with Fries, Onion Rings and a Coke and it was all SO GOOD! I Highly Recommend you try this place!!!

I love this restaurant, but went today and a paper sign on the door said “closed for remodeling”. Closing is fine, however there is a giant sign banners on the outside that states “we are open!” Should take the giant sign down during the remodel…

The African American Cashier on August 12th 2021 was Super. She is very friendly. She explained the serving sizes. She was nice enough to honor the buy one get one free burger coupon. The onion rings and big burgers are delicious and brought to your table. Plus the tables are clean. So the onion rings are crispy not greasy and fresh The burgers are big and yummy and cooked rare are perfect. The bottom line is this place Rocks!!

Wanting a hamburger that’s real and messy? JC’s the place to go. Next time I need to figure out how to keep the avocado on my hamburger. It was going every which way. The hamburger and, especially, my sweet potato fries meet my approval.We’ve been here twice already and it will be one of our standbys.

Why is JC's charging $1.00 over posted menu price for their burgers, when no other shop I have been to is doing such a thing? The best part of the burger is it toasted bun. The green slice of tomato does not need to be bigger than the meat. Also, why put more onion than lettuce on a burger? Sub-par, over cooked, dry burger, and definitely over priced. Not worth it to drive past any other burger joint to get your food here. This use to be a great little shop that I would frequent often, but not any more.

Average at best. Burger was fine but why ask how I want it done if it's just going to come out well done anyway? Curly fries were also over done and really salty, probably won't get those again. Willing to try again and get something else.

Super disappointing! Tried for the first time today and ordered pickup. One of our burgers was completely wrong and had no bacon or veggies. The sides were really bad - sweet potato fries were mushy and inedible. They tasted frozen. The curly fries weren't any better. So, out of the 4 items we ordered, one burger was correct/edible. We won't be returning or recommending it to friends and family.

Place is kind of set up like a sports bar . TVs around the establishment and a small bar area . The burgers and sandwiches were average in size and flavor. The fries were tasty and super crispy ! Cons- there is no option for value meal . You have to purchase everything separately. $8.50 for sandwich alone is super pricy and when you add fries and a drink, you're paying about $15!! 50 cents for a small side ( maybe an ounce ) of ranch which was halfway full .

Worst experience ever.....we wait like 15min...on the line trying to order...the cashier was doing something with somebody sitting right there by her....and she never say hi...hello nothing...and after 20min of waiting we decided to leave.Not reconmended at all, better places near by

So the young lady who works the register is a gem. She is very pleasant, patient and helpful . We had a good laugh about the to go Margaritas and the broken shake machine . The taste of the burger was great however it was sloppy as fell apart . I asked for extra onions not extra mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. It was a mess. It fell apart and I had to eat it like toddler finger food and not an adult eating a hamburger. I will give it another try.
