Jersey Mike's Subs

Watch out if you special order anything. Asked for Number 17 extra meat add bacon and provolone. I had to remind them of all three while they were preparing. Only fried up a single meat, had to remove reg cheese and had to open the sandwich to add the bacon. Never got the mayo either. Oh, and they were out of breads. Only had rosemary parm at 3:30 in the afternoon. Crazy

Good food

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes just to be told no gluten free bread. They usually always have it here. Please put a sign up so you don’t waste customers time.

Came in around 7:30. Employee working took my cold sub order first and got started then took the order for my fiancées hot sub. He turned around and grabbed the RAW meat out of the drawer with his hands then went back to grab meat out of the deli fridge without changing gloves. They started mopping while we were ordering over an hour before closing. They didn’t put up a sign and my fiancée nearly slipped while getting a drink. The teas were already pulled and empty as well. Donated for the month of giving and it looked like you were supposed to get a coupon based on the signage but they didn’t know anything about it. Been to many Jersey Mikes locations and this was the worst experience I’ve had in one.

The employees seemed like they were already closing, even though Google lists their hours as 9 p.m., and we arrived at 7:45. They put away the iced tea dispensers, were mopping, and one of them was even live-streaming on an app. Only one employee was actually working, while the other two weren’t helping at all. Food was great!

Worse customer service I have ever received, they didn’t greet me at the door and everyone stood around with dumb looks on their faces so I just left.

When I ordered they told me I was ordering too many numbers too fast. All five people behind the counter were talking and joking while making the sandwiches. One joke in particular about how the girl was dating her brother. Made mistakes when making the order that when I asked them to fix in the moment was given an unkind response. When I filled up my drink at the machine there was no carbonation. I did not attempt to ask them to fix it after my experience so far.

Order supposed to be ready at 12:30 wasn’t ready until 12:45. They did apologize. So 2 stars.

Done the app order at 11:16 am. said order be ready at 12:01 it's 12:15 and haven't even started the order. unacceptable when you order a hour prior.

I went in today and received the best service from Edgar, Keo, and Michale! As soon as you walk in, they greet you and the energy is so positive! We laughed the whole time they made my sandwich. They truly made my day! They all deserve a raise! I already love Jersey Mike’s, but will frequent this location more often!

AMAZING location!! I always get the tastiest sammys from here. Edgar and Jose are very welcoming and are always super nice. I would drive out of my way to come here because it’s so good.
