I will not spend my money here again, and I would recommend people spend theirs someplace else, they do not care about customers or the food, went in to order a sandwich and some worker (a man with purple/pink hair) ignored my presence for about 7 minutes... no greeting at all. When he finally go to taking my order, he seemed annoyed and upset about it (as I could hear him mumbling to himself and his attitude), sorry I tried to order at your restaurant, never again.

This place is usually good so not sure what is going on. The bread was stale and only 2 slices of turkey. The person that made the sandwich looked like she did not want to be there at all.

EDIT: the sandwich barely had any ingredients. Waste of $12. One of the worst JJ’s locations. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and they are always incredibly slow and lack any customer service. Walked in at 1PM and saw half of the employees not doing any work. Then after not being addressed for 10 min I finally asked if they had my pick up order, then I had to wait even longer to get my sandwich. Will not be returning to this location.

Best location. I drive 30 minutes for this location. Yes it's worth it. Food is always good. The people make it even better. Great staff. OK JJ now this location needs more help. I am here on a Sunday and it's busy with only 1 person working.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at 11:05 a.m. Got them at 12:36 p.m. Delivery guy reeked of marijuana. Called to talk to a manager who informed me that they are no longer freaky fast, they are freaky fresh. Which he then said, and “I’m not sure that we’re even that”. Only one delivery driver, so if anyone needs a job they definitely need help.

Very poor customer service. The last two times I stopped by, there were only 1 or 2 employees working. They did not acknowledge my presence at the counter and didn't seem to care that I eventually walked out without ordering after waiting to be noticed. Being ignored is not my thing!

Ordered 60$ in food today. The order was wrong and the manager was upset that we ordered it during a lunch rush. Never again!

I like to order tuna or chicken salad at sandwich places. It’s a personal preference. I'm not sure why I live my life so dangerously. Lol. The tuna is the best I've had recently. Jersey Mike's is a close second. Subway is no longer an option until I find a cleaner location. First order at Potbelly's was a 10/10 but the next time I got sick. Bread Zeppelin had too much sauce in their sandwiches (no tuna or chicken salad. I just wanted to add my note.) The boys didn't care much for the roast beef & cheddar sandwiches. They were just ok.

All a scam. They ran a promotion of free sandwiches and they have not even opened and all of a sudden they said they are sold out. Order got cancelled. Promo code is invalid. All a scheme to get people in.
