All a scam. They ran a promotion of free sandwiches and they have not even opened and all of a sudden they said they are sold out. Order got cancelled. Promo code is invalid. All a scheme to get people in.

Don’t bother ordering online. They will serve 10 people who come into the restaurant while you stand there waiting. Then they will tell you that there are so many people ahead of you. Horrible service.

I'm never coming here again. If google allowed me to post pictures, I would have. I'm sticking with Jersey Mike's down the street for my subs now in this area. So gross!

Absolutely awful customer service!After receiving an incorrect order, I called back, waited 25 minutes on hold, drove back to the store, waited another 10 minutes, and was then handed a receipt showing a voided transaction. No “we’re sorry”, no “how can we make this right?”

The new manager is extremely rude. And I'm not a Karen type personality at all. The former manager would deliver to my location The staff took my order and told me that they could bring it to me this time but it may change in the future. 15 minutes later the GM calls and has an attitude and interrupts me and then proceeds to hang up on me before I find out if I'm getting a refund or credit or whatever. When I asked for the contact information for her manager I got the runaround. So I'm leaving a review on here and reaching out to the corporate email. I buy a very expensive sandwich every time that I go here I will no longer be giving my money to this particular franchise location. I'll go to the location on Campbell.
