Went through the drive thru for lunch today and a gentleman named Rambo served us. My family ordered the 8 tender family meal with 2 sides & it comes with 4 biscuits, we also ordered an extra 4 biscuits as well. As my husband was handing Rambo his credit card, he verified that he got the extra 4 biscuits we ordered and his response was “oh brother I meant to tell you we were out of biscuits today”
If we would’ve not verified we were getting the extra biscuits we would have been charged and sent home with no biscuits. We told him we’d forgo the sides and just pay for the tenders, he then tried to charge us $32 for 8 tenders. We questioned why it was so expensive and it was supposed to be $19.99 for 8 tenders, and he said we had to pay for the sides? We told him again that we didn’t want the sides and he finally got the price correct and we went on with our day.
This whole problem could’ve been avoided if he would’ve just told us from the beginning they were out of biscuits.
Also, $19.99 for 8 small chicken tenders? That’s just insane to me for fast food pricing.
Will not be returning.

Through the drive through. Ordered a bucket and a chicken pot pie. Told me to park in front it would be 2 minutes. That was 5:23 p m. At 5:45 I went in and they still didn't have the order . It wd be another 15 minutes for the pot pie. We left with chicken only and they didn't even offer a discounted price. This is in Richardson on Belt Line. Won't go back!!!

New Year’s Eve. I’m babysitting I ordered the special that I should’ve gotten eight pieces for $10. I got five pieces. I am in a position that I cannot go back to the store and they don’t answer their phone. I am not happy.

The service at this location is the worst I have had at any restaurant since I can remember. Not sure if they had a change in crew within the last few months but it was not always this way. I work and live close to this location so it used to be my go to but now will and have driven to a further one due to the service. I had a horrible experience a couple of months ago and stopped going because of it but this past Saturday I decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE! I have picked up a mobile order through the drive thru before, not to mention when ordering on the app it asks whether you will be picking it up in-store or through the drive-thru. Not sure if that is a mistake on the app's part but everyone needs to get on the same page! I sat in the drive thru line for a good 5 minutes because the car in front was taking a long time ordering and then there was a truck behind me so I could not back out. When I finally got to the speaker the gentleman told me I HAD to go inside for mobile orders. What exactly is the difference if people go through the drive thru to pick up? All the employee has to do is reach for the order and hand it to the customer! It makes no sense and just like a previous review said, what about the individuals who CANNOT walk due to whatever health condition or reason. Of course I drove around, parked and went in to pick up my order and let the 3 employees that were there know that the app gave a choice on where the customer wanted to pick it up from, and of course like the previous time that I had a horrible experience they just looked at me clueless... They were not even teenagers, whole grown adults! This is the only location who does this which is why I'm leaving a review. Make it make sense!

My chicken was saggy and there was a piece of plastic in my Pepsi and my coleslaw was watery like damn I have to throw away almost everything. Just hoping I don't get sick from that leg I ate cause damn it wasn't even fresh such a disappointment and my Pepsi that I drank and decided to eat the lil remaining ice I end up spotting that piece of plastic like I'm surprised it didn't stuck on the straw so the Pepsi wouldn't come up I have a video of it all like what kind of business is this and I love KFC but from this point on don't think ill be getting anymore or if i do its definitely not gonna be this place and im sure as hell gonna check everything on spoy

Staff and upper management and corporate discriminate against disabled people. All mobile orders must come inside instead of an empty drive-through. Will never return. You must pay full price without mobile discounts if you want to use drive through.

Bad service!!! I think the owner does not care his business. If you do not believe you can order online and come to pick up, you will see your staff doing. You also read the review everyone complained.
