Delicious Colombian food. I moved from South Florida, where Colombian food is everywhere, so since I got to Dallas I’ve been looking for a good Colombian restaurant and this is the one. Great food, lovely service, and homey atmosphere that reminds me of home.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, terrible service, especially the man who thinks he is the owner. Poor attention makes you lose your appetite. 0/10. I recommend looking for another expensive place with poor service. He needs to learn to be more CORDIAL and less ARROGANT with customers. This restaurant doesn't represent COLOMBIA.

This was my experience at La Cacerola. Order 2 paisa trays to take away, normal atmosphere, clean restaurant, no smell, many others have an unpleasant smell. The person who helped me was friendly. THE FOOD: in general a lot of food, I think that for two people who don't want to eat a lot it can be shared, the portions are large. The banana, very good, the chicharron very good piece, but it should be more crunchy, the arepa lacked a little salt, and the meat, the chorizo and the beans somewhat tasteless, without flavor and the avocado in both dishes with parts dark
In conclusion, good place, good atmosphere, very friendly, but the food (the tray paisa) which was what I ordered my first time ordering food at La Cacerola, needs to improve in terms of flavors.

We went to try it for our first time and got there at 7:30 P.M. and the door was locked. Both google and the sign at the door of the store said that it closed at 8:00 P.M. on Sundays. Very disappointing!!

I am Mexican and the truth is my first time in a Colombian restaurant and it was very good, nice place, friendly people, quiet atmosphere and everything very clean.
La Ccerola is a place where we can enjoy delicious food, excellent service and a good family atmosphere. Super recommended to enjoy a pleasant moment with your family.
