I was delighted to find that this vendor inside Frisco Fresh Market had Menudo on the menu, one of my favorite dishes.

Friendly staff offered to heat it up for me but I asked for it to-go and enjoyed it at home instead.

I liked the flavorful stew and tender beef tripe. However, there were two rock-solid pieces of hominy in the bowl that almost chipped my teeth.
It’s a shame that happened, otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to order it again.

P.S. I’m posting this review here because the staff gave me this restaurant’s information and I believed it's their booth.

I've seen this place for years, but am just now trying. I didnt receive the warmest welcome when I walked in and the smell was horrible, but I still gave it a try. I placed my order, and noticed I was being over charged. When I asked why, it was because they didn't have the size cup for the price that was on the menu so they had to charge me for a larger size.
The food was fresh even though I didnt smell anything being cooked. The pups as were very cheesy, but contained little to no meat. I ordered the shrimp, chicken, and spinach. I seemed as if they took one shrimp and cut it into pieces, and there may have been about a teaspoon full of chicken, the spinach one had enough spinach but wasn't seasoned like the other two. I dont plan on returning any time soon. The smell of something spoiled or sour is overwhelming.

See picture added of a Beef Pappusa with Little to No Beef except for a few pieces I could find in it! Ordered the Platter to try this place (Chicken and Beef) and both Tasted like Dough with Cheese in it so I opened them up and found hardly anything but Cheese and Very Little protein! It was a To Go order and I was hoping it would be Good…Definitely will not eat here again!! I just Threw it Away…Was not worth Eating!!

I placed a to-go order online for a coworker’s birthday lunch- the online ordering platform was very easy to use. The order was ready on time, and it was so delicious! Everyone loved the pupusas, I will definitely be back.

They have a variety of pupusa options including vegetarian. I would visit again!

This place is an absolute joke! STAY AWAY! Terrible sanitation practices, horrendous customer service. We waited over 40 minutes to be told our order had been “skipped”- while others were served ahead of us. When we started to look and observe the kitchen to see if we could see our order being produced, we noticed some horrific sanitation practices. We asked a third time about our order and were told “ you can just have a refund” with an extremely rude demeanor….like it’s our fault. Zero attempt to make it right, and could not figure out how to refund my card. If you are reading this, you have been warned…..TO THE OWNER: part of being a successful business operation is “people skills”, of which your employees have NONE…..and you should have stepped in and not let us walk away hungry and mad. Shame on you!
