I went in the other day to do a to go order and I’ll say it’s really sad when an employee has 0 common sense. I pointed out as clear as day that I wanted the pick three and the girl at the checkout charged me for each item separately I ordered a cup of chicken salad which was gross nothing like it used to be it maybe it was this location. I won’t go back to this one again.

On my way out from lunch I purchased 3 pastries. I saved my Nutella croissant muffin for breakfast the next morning. One bite and I could see the entire thing was severely undercooked, doughy, and gross. I was only in Richardson for the afternoon and do not live close by to take it back. How very disappointing. I will definitely not eat here ever again.

I absolutely love this location! Every staff member here is wonderful, and the environment is always clean and welcoming. The parking is convenient, and you can really feel how much the staff enjoy working together, it’s such a family friendly atmosphere. Plus, it’s never too loud, so I can often get work done here. A special shoutout to TJ and John the managers and associate Caden! They always go above and beyond to resolve any issues and genuinely brightens everyone’s day. Thank you gentlemen, you’re are truly appreciated!

Food is great as always. Service prompt and professional. Every staff member was courteous and attentive. However I won’t be back because the atmosphere has changed. What used to be inviting is now terrible. WAY too bright, glaring overhead lights!! I feel like I’’m in an operating room or McDonalds- where its known they manipulate the atmosphere to turn tables fast. Music is too loud and intrusive. LeMadeline used to be such a welcoming place - no longer. I’m sad.

Love LaMadeleine since HS but I also recently learned they have removed some desserts from the bakery so now must go searching for another place to find palmiers and the standard size fruit tarts not the mini ones. It was just this location and the worker also told me about 3 Mos ago they got rid of palmiers due to low sales. Sad! It's a nostalgic childhood favorite! Food is good and the desserts are best.
Catering staff and management are slow and inconsiderate with people's time. Don't expect your order being out at the quoted time

Staff was friendly. We waited a couple of minutes for service. The place did not seem extra clean, maybe because of the dim atmosphere. The self serve bread was not well stocked but the gnats didn’t seem to mind. The rest of the gnats were gabbing in the bathroom.
We got a few desserts and a loaf of fresh bread, which were really good. I like La Madeline as a whole but I will try another location next time I am in town.

What happened to La Madeleine?!?!? It's been a couple of years since I've been there, so I don't know when all these changes happened.
Food was terrible. Lettuce in the salad was old, and the strawberry romanoff was unrecognizable. I convinced my friend to try it, and it was nothing like it used to be. We both took one bite and threw the rest away. It's so bright now, and it no longer has the french cafe ambiance. Everyone now orders at what used the be the coffee/dessert register, so there is no room for the long line. The menu has also been reduced. I'm so sad that this is no longer the La Madeleine we all knew and loved.
