Worst experience ever! Wouldn't give my daughter our order because we never got some stupid machines 3 digit code sent to our email and email that never came. Had receipt on app, order # & credit card receipt. Still refused even after I called & after seeing all proof plus ID. I DIDNT ORDER FROM THAT STUPID MACHINE YOU HAVE. OMOKETE ACCESS TO FROM THE OTHER SIDE!! GROW UP! Absolutely ridiculous!

EVERY SINGLE time I order from here, they get my basic simple order wrong! I literally only order light sauce on a classic pepperoni pizza and they never seem to get that right! I’m allergic to tomatoes but I like the sauce so that’s why I order light sauce to get a small taste which is all I can handle but somehow they ALWAYS manage to get it dripping in sauce! Can they not read?? Do they just not care? Do they like people messing up their orders as much as they do mines?? Fix this!

Walked in and ordered the $8 dollar classic pepperoni pizza. They said it was going to take about 13 minutes, it was more like 20 minutes. They were understaffed versus the number of people waiting for their orders, and all of them were waiting a long time. There was nowhere to sit, all 4 chairs were taken, and about 8 people were waiting on their orders inside. Would I ever go back to this location? I definitely wouldn't walk in and place my order in person again, the wait was ridiculous. It would probably be best to pre-order and pay on their app, maybe even show up 5 or 10 minutes later than their estimate of when it's ready lol, versus walking in and waiting 20 minutes like I did.

I don't understand managers taking amongst selfs and preps and cashier working but comes to register like zombie mode. I'm not sure why ppl insist on taking jobs dealing with clients if not ready. Standing behind the counter does not necessarily mean your ready to take orders. Speak up and ask if a client is ready to order.

On September 14th, I was having a difficult decision on what to get for dinner. And immediately little Caesar’s came to mind. As I go into the store I’m greeted by a fine nice gentleman in the cashier. I believe his name was Diego, as I was having a difficult discussion on what to order he recommended me an amazing promotion of 3 meat pizza. Throughout the whole process he made sure everything went smooth and quick!

The service was timely and polite. I just needed to pick up a carry out order for a small party and my pizzas were hot and ready as soon as I needed to grab them.
