Really random but delicious place hidden in a strip mall near a tum thumb. They have excellent milk tea, and can add boba as well. It's mostly sweets, but they do have a small, but delicious, savory treat menu. The bahn mi is delicious, but it is pretty small. The fried Kimchi is really good. Definitely worth the trip. They do call in and pick up orders, which is really nice.
The artichoke with basil seeds and clear boba is the bomb! I do recommend less sweet. I didn't specify and it was really sweet for me. Next time I will get 50%sweet. It was refreshing and soooo goood!

Awesome little spot to do some reading, work on your laptop, hang with friends, all while you enjoy a drink. Love their iced Americano! And the service is fast and staff are super friendly =)
