Bad experience as I had placed an order online and it shows about 10 mins ready to pick up and I arrived right on time. Front guy telling me to wait another 2 mins and it took more than another 15 mins till I was told they missed/skipped my order by mistake and they have to re-manufactured it for another 15 mins or to cancel.So generally speaking, it’s bad experience to wait half an hour to pick up my pre-ordered pizza….
I ordered a pizza at 11:30am. It arrived at noon COLD! There was barely time for it to have been made and yet it was delivered 15 minutes away and cold. Impossible! It was clearly sitting probably from the night before. It was disgusting! I tried to make a complaint on-line and asked for management to contact me but all I got back was an email asking if I was satisfied with my resolution. Classic! NO! I’m not! Didn’t even order food from here in a while but just wanted to come on here and say that the person who answers when calling to order is horrible. She got my name and rewards and then proceeded to tell me the store was closed now because it closes 30 minutes before closing. I’m not sure why they close so early in the first place but anyways. Thank you for wasting my time.
