Didn’t even order food from here in a while but just wanted to come on here and say that the person who answers when calling to order is horrible. She got my name and rewards and then proceeded to tell me the store was closed now because it closes 30 minutes before closing. I’m not sure why they close so early in the first place but anyways. Thank you for wasting my time.

Bad experience as I had placed an order online and it shows about 10 mins ready to pick up and I arrived right on time. Front guy telling me to wait another 2 mins and it took more than another 15 mins till I was told they missed/skipped my order by mistake and they have to re-manufactured it for another 15 mins or to cancel.So generally speaking, it’s bad experience to wait half an hour to pick up my pre-ordered pizza….

I ordered a pizza at 11:30am. It arrived at noon COLD! There was barely time for it to have been made and yet it was delivered 15 minutes away and cold. Impossible! It was clearly sitting probably from the night before. It was disgusting! I tried to make a complaint on-line and asked for management to contact me but all I got back was an email asking if I was satisfied with my resolution. Classic! NO! I’m not! Way to sweep it under the rug. No resolution at all. I should be getting my money back but instead I’m just left to publicly rant that this store should be shut down!

I never thought there would come a day that I would say I don't like Papa John's. My husband always orders Dominoes so I wanted to eat somewhere else for a change. $40 for a pizza and cheesy bread... that's insane. Literally insane. I chose delivery on the app and it automatically changed it to carry out. It even asked me to leave a tip which I did so I was sure it was delivery. Never got a confirmation so I called the store and they said it was marked as carry out and there is a $4.99 delivery fee they would need to add. Oh and there is of course tax on that so almost a $6 delivery fee. I asked the guy why I was asked to leave a tip if I was supposedly picking my order up?! The pizza itself was not that great and the cheesy bread was pathetic. More crust than there should be on both items. Never again, Papa John's. Never again!

I got a bbq chicken pizza that literally only a tablespoon of bbq sauce and it was only by the crust.
Nasty pizza. Tasted like a dried out burnt cracker. There was cheese on.the the pizza but the jalapeños, sausage and mushrooms could have been weighed in grams. All the pizza toppings could have easily gone on one slice.So if you want a burnt dry cracker pizza with a penitence of toppings , next to no taste and you have a quart of ranch then you know where to go.

This place has done me dirty so many times. I’ve tried to be patient with them but they always somehow mess something up. Some of the food we’ve received in the recent past looks like someone dropped it at some point before we got it, the service is barely even existent in the particular location. Avoid this location, as I will be doing now that I’ve realized that it’s never worth it for the money and the frustration.

Terrible customer service and terribly topped food. This is their bacon cheesy bread, overcooked dry and just a clump of bacon in the middle. Tried being polite to the workers, thanks, have a good day, etc. Zero response back, not friendly.
