Used to love this place but the service has gone down. Going through drive - another person drove into lane 1 so I drove into lane 2. Two additional people went through lane 1 while I sat waiting. Get to the 1st window and get the amount paying Apple Pay and get rolling eyes. Go to second window to get cup of coffee/hot Carmel mocha to be exact and directed to park. Sat there for several minutes before it came out - no Carmel. 😤
I was pleased about the ice cream machine working. I wanted a Shamrock Shake but this particular location doesn't make them? Four stars for having a functional ice cream machine though.
