It's OK not bad

There was a promotion where I ordered a pizza and got one free. I didn't receive it even though I ordered it through Uber Eats. And I was told I ordered the wrong pizza. This wasn't true.

My favorite local pizza spot!
I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and I’m completely hooked. They offer unique Middle Eastern/South Asian inspired pizzas, and it’s one of the few places that serves genuinely good halal pepperoni. The portion sizes and prices are great, and the ingredients always taste fresh and unprocessed, a rare find compared to most pizza places.

I haven’t dined in yet, but I’ve picked up my orders a couple of times, and the staff were super friendly. The place has that cozy, welcoming local pizza shop vibe. I will definitely be back for more many times

I love supporting local businesses, but my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was charged a 10 percent service fee for dining in, which I accepted because it was clearly posted. However, I was also charged an additional fee for using my credit card, which was not disclosed beforehand.

To make matters worse, while my son and I were trying to enjoy our meal, another customer became irate over this undisclosed credit card fee. The situation escalated, with the customer speaking to multiple staff members and even calling the manager on speakerphone. The disruption completely ruined our meal, and I ended up paying an extra $5 for no reason.

This business does not handle complaints well and seems dishonest in its practices. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious.

It used to be better than this. I always eat their Alfredo pizza. This time, it just missed a mark. Not sure why.

The real showstopper is the buffalo wings. Juicy, tender, and packed with just the right amount of heat, hands down some of the best wings I’ve ever had anywhere.

A special shoutout to Ahmad, who made the experience even better. His service was outstanding, friendly, fast, and he genuinely cared that we were happy with our meal. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Very nice pizza place & has a rustic look on the inside with different dining tables all set out so it's spacious for big parties. The pizza is delicious & we'll be back again. We usually order take out if just grabbing a quick bite to eat last minute.

It is a great Halal Pizza place! I love getting their meat supreme pizza. The pizza is always tasty and fresh! Their food in general is something Everyone can enjoy! The atmosphere is classy, and service is great! I have never been disappointed with Milano Pizza for years. There is so much to have and try for anyone that is visiting Dallas it is a must have pizza place for everyone!
